The Abbott EPD Department's All Star & Elite Club elite recognition trip is a prestigious annual employee honor reward program. Setmice has provided end-to-end execution services for this project for 5 consecutive years. Through years of collaboration, we have deeply understood the client's brand culture, team needs, and activity standards, becoming the designated service provider for this annual benchmark initiative. The 2026 event took place in Tengchong, Yunnan, leveraging the region's stunning natural scenery, rich Overseas Chinese town heritage, and unique intangible cultural traditions to deliver a high-end incentive travel experience that combines ceremony, honor, interactivity, and local character for 150 corporate elites.
Solutions
We blended Abbott's brand visual identity with Western Yunnan's regional aesthetics to deliver a complete set of event materials, including the main backdrop, themed check-in zone, table signage, photo props, and on-site wayfinding. All team members visited Heshun Ancient Town for a stroll through its century-old streets and gathered at Tengchong Rehai landmarks for group photos. We designed low-intensity light hiking routes with directional, task-based team building challenges through bamboo forests and streams. The experience included hands-on sessions featuring local intangible cultural heritage traditions. An exclusive stamp collection game was integrated to connect every stage of the itinerary.
